anyway, here goes..

There was this woman who spoke in a seminar ata un… Afterwards, a woman approached her.  This woman happened to be a church worker/leader and she confessed that before, she had committed sexual sins with her present husband (before when they werent married pa). Anyway, to the point na she got pregnant…  Since they werent married yet, revealing this would be too embarrassing and for sure, this would cause a lot of issues,etc.   so they decided to abort the baby.  After that, she continuously felt guilt and regret for having done the abortion.  And that even now, the memory still haunts her.  The speaker then told her something that’s very eye-opening. She asked, "why are you so surprised of having committed that?" Because the woman said she couldnt believe she could do something like that, she couldnt seem to forgive herself completely.  "It’s not the first time you led someone to death.  And same for everyone else," the speaker added. (well sumthin like this..hehe) 

its becoz 2000 yrs ago, becoz of you & me, an innocent man was crucified undeservingly.  this Man, is Jesus Christ. =) He didnt deserve it, we did.  But still, becoz of God’s grace and love for us, He took our place.   let’s take time to understand this, God still forgave us kahit dahil sa atin, Jesus died. WOW. If there was a big sin, small sin, whatever, dont you think God would consider that as our biggest sin?  Christ was His Son… Yet through it all, we were forgiven and have been given the gift of eternal life.

So friends, you think youve done something so mean, so disgusting and unforgivable?  Look and reflect upon the cross.  We have a God who’s waiting for us to turn back to Him..ready to forgive us with open arms…: ) and besides, if we cant forgive ourselves when God can, it’s as if our standards are higher than God’s dba..? it takes time and prayer lang..^-^ human as we are, of course we’d feel guilt, etc. but we can lift it all up to Him…
